Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us for instructions on how to return your item.
Clothing & print items
We can only accept returns if it is defective or you received the wrong size. We can only offer an exchange of the exact same item, no exceptions. Please check your item for any issues before you use or wash it - & remember to double check sizing when purchasing.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the item arrived to you defective - please provide us with proof such as sending pictures and info via email - info.AntArt@gmail.com or here.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or completely unused & in the original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.AntArt@gmail.com. Please contact us first before sending your item.
Original and custom artwork
For obvious reasons we do not accept returns on original artworks. Please contact us if you need any more information.
Shipping
To return your product, you should first contact us regarding the issue at hand and we will give instructions on returning the item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for an exchange. Neither is it eligible after the 30 days guarantee.

CANCEL OR EDIT ORDER
Due to production and shipping times you have within 24 hours from time of purchase to contact us with any order edits or cancellations. Any request for cancellation or edits after 24 hours will be denied as your order will be in production.
